Fern

Does this really count as a flower? Probably not, but I've included anyway, It is common on the slope in the woodland, by the steps, and in the southern end of Chalkhill Down. There are lots of types of fern, and I haven't specifically identified which one this is.
Lots of stems shoot up from a common base (compare with bracken, where only a single stem comes up), and the seeds (actually spores) are under the leaves in little packets in lines.
